Sam & Colin were cleaning tents and mud off everything else on Bob, particularly the mud-caked floors. Seems mud got into the kitchen and fruit boxes under the truck. We did a couple of short walks and naps, repacked the lugguage and began planning our solo onwards journey from La Paz where we leave the safety of Bob and strike out on our own.
A very practical, unlovely town. Everytown should have internet in the centre island of the main street - easy to locate.
Had dinner at the hostel again. Cheap and convenient.
Uyuni was an important railway junction town in its glory days. The only reason it is still functioning is the tourism markey who come here as starting points for the Uyuni Salt pans and a reasonably close nature reserve.
